Mills Farm Development is proud to introduce its newest community, The Meadows of Mills Farm starting in the low $400’s.

Just a few homes remain available in Phase I of our Meadows. Phase II is in full swing with inventory currently available.  In keeping with the high standards set by The Manor and The Estates, each home’s architectural design, exterior building materials and exterior improvements, including landscaping, are subject to the approval of
the Design Review Committee. Architectural design and landscaping accents ensure community continuity and value over time.  (See standards for a list of building requirements for The Meadows).

The Meadows at Mills Farm promotes an open building program.  All HBA member Builders and home plans must be approved by our highly qualified Design Review Committee.

Standards for The Meadows:

Exterior: All stucco exterior.  Real or cultured stone or brick adornment encouraged (exception examples – Cape Cod or Colonial style homes with use of Hardie shingle or brick)

Roof: Certainteed “Landmark 30 year” Composition Roof (choice of two colors- Driftwood or Weathered Wood Tamko “Heritage 30” Composition Roof (choice of one color-Weathered Wood)

Landscaping:  Minimum basic landscape (i.e. bed preparation, shrubs, additional trees beyond required) installation guideline is $2,000 (excludes all hardscape, irrigation system and sod), landscaping must highlight both front corners of home plan.

Each lot must have a minimum of three hardwood shade trees and one ornamental tree:
Front - 1 hardwood 3" caliper, 1 ornamental 2" caliper.
Back - 2 hardwoods 2 caliper. 

In-ground sprinkler system required.

Construction Standards:
2 Story & 1.5 Story - 2,700 square feet above grade
Reverse 1.5 Story - 2,600 total finished square footage
3 Car Garages.
